Kim Burton-Price (Managing Director), Senior Recruitment Consultant

Kim has more than 15 years experience, at management level, recruiting both executive and administrative personnel.  After a successful career managing boutique agencies in Sydney Kim was a co-founder of PeopleConnect in 2002.   Under Kim’s guidance, PeopleConnect has established a loyal and professional base of Clients and Candidates across many industries. Her in-depth knowledge of banking and finance, media and sales has been crucial in the ongoing success of our Company.  As a trainer and mentor to all staff employed by PeopleConnect, Kim has created a team of ethical client focussed recruitment professionals who are experts in recruiting a broad range of roles in a variety of disciplines.  We are pleased to say that this fostering environment is providing our staff with on-going career advancement.

Melanie French, Recruitment Consultant

Melanie has over 6 years experience within the recruitment industry in both the Sydney and Canberra markets. Melanie first joined PeopleConnect Recruitment Specialists in 2005 where she managed the temporary division for the company. In 2009, she moved to the ACT where she recruited for a number of high profile government agencies with a large national recruitment firm. On her recent return to Sydney, Melanie has re-joined the team at PeopleConnect Recruitment Specialists and is recruiting both temporary and permanent positions across a variety of industries.

Melanie has a track record of professionalism, long standing relationships and provides a high level service to both clients and candidates.
